A boy discovers a bizarre looking creature at the beach. Having guessed it is lost, he tries to find out who owns it or where it belongs, but is met with indifference from parents and friends, who barely notice its presence, unwilling to interrupt their attention from their day to day lives. Feeling sorry for the strange being, the boy sets out to find the right place for it.
