Marko is an apprentice on a farm 60 kilometres outside of Berlin. In a couple of weeks he will have his final exam and be a trained agriculturalist. But he is not quite sure, if that‘s what he wants. The boy is an outsider, behaves very quietly and also stays by himself after work. When the new intern Jacob comes to the farm, Marko slowly comes out of his shell. While they work together they develop a deep affection for each other. One day they take a trip to Berlin and when they return, nothing is, as it was before.
