Besides the latest children’s films LUCAS offers a considerable program, which accompanies the festival. Children can participate in discussions with the respective directors and ask their questions about the films after the screening of over 40 movies . In the LUCAS ACTIVE area younger and elder visitors have the possibility to try different techniques of animation and an accredited training program prepares teachers to visit LUCAS with their classes. Our valuation of the LUCAS SCHOOL program is introduced directly in the LUCAS Short Film edition, which provides shortfilms in combination with media-pedagogical material.
